Hello my name is Adriana Martinez, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). I have been a Massage Therapist for almost 3 years now. I am an Arizona native, I have lived here all my life. I have always had a passion for helping others. Originally I was taking medical based classes in high school to become a nurse. Life happened and I took a 1 year break to try and get things back on track. I got a call one day asking if I wanted to continue my education. Massage Therapy was mentioned and I fell in love immediately. I have been a Massage Therapist since and don't plan on leaving any time soon!
A Credit Card must be on file in order to book an appointment. This rule is enforced for all new clients. Credit Cards are not charged the $20 fee unless there is a no-show. If you choose to opt out of that option you can always pay the deposit upon booking. All deposits are non-refundable and all deposits must be paid upon booking. No appointments are booked unless a card is on file or the deposit is paid. Failure to pay any deposits will be seen as a forfeit of the appointment date and time.
Cancellation/No Show/Reschedule Policies
We understand that life happens. We strive to be efficient and courteous to all of our clients. With that being said all of the following policies will be honored.
A 24 hour in advanced notice is required when rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. This allows for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hour notice you will be charged the full amount for your appointment. This amount must be paid before your next appointment. All new clients give up their first session discount and any deposit paid.
No Show Policy:
Anyone who forgets or continues to not show up for their appointment will be considered a "no show". Unless discussed with the therapist before hand. Failure to do so will result in a $20 no show fee for their "missed" appointment. Discounts that were used for the appointment will be forefitted. All new clients give up their first session discount.
Late Arrivals Policy:
If you arrive late the therapist may shorten your massage in order to accommodate appointments after yours. Depending on how late you are your therapist will then determine if there is enough time to start your session. Regardless of how long your session is the full payment will be expected for the time that was reserved. Out of respect for your therapist and other clients, please plan ahead and arrive on time. Failure to contact the therapist within 10 minutes past the appointment time will be considered a no-show.
Our goal here at AZ Blissful Massage is to provide quality treatments in a timely manner. In order to do so we have a 24 hour appointment cancellation/reschedule/missed appointment policy. The policy allows us to better provide available appointments for our clients. Please show us the courtesy of calling promptly if you find that you are unable to make it to your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse anyone. Rude / Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
